Warranty policy

Hiablaser warrants new equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at Hiablaser 's option, any part which upon Hiablaser 's examination proves defective.    
 All products are strictly tested before sale. We can guarantee one-year free repair from the date of purchasing. During the guarantee period, we will repair the machine by free if the malfunction is caused by the quality of our product.   

1.  The standard of operation and environment should comply with the product specification.   

2.The warranty shall not extend to any instrument that :

·Malfunctions caused by the following reasons are out of the scope of our guarantee:
·Malfunctions caused by abused operation
·Malfunctions caused by other artificial factors like move or tear down in proper motion, or collision, etc.
·caused by modification or repair by anyone except Hiablaser or Hiablaser designated person;
·from which Hiablaser 's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;

·Energy reduce caused by wet environment and dust
·Malfunction caused by uncontrollable natural force
·Consumable spare parts and accessories of this machine.
·or any product of any other manufacturer.   
Any material to be serviced or returned to Hiablaser, the following procedures should be followed:  

Obtain return authorization:
Contact the Technical Support Department and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible. Please provide the model number, serial number (SN), and a brief description of the reason for return.  

Freight policy:
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Hiablaser for service (this includes custom charges). Hiablaser is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Hiablaser to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
